- Return Eligibility
We accept returns or replacements only if:

- The wrong product was delivered, OR
- The product is dead on arrival (not working at first use).
We do not accept returns for:

- Reporting Time

Submitting an unboxing video is highly recommended, as it can help facilitate a faster review and approval process.

- After verification, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refund will be issued to original payment method.
- For COD orders, bank details will be required.
- Manufacturer Warranty
Some products may carry manufacturer warranty. In such cases, customers may need to contact the authorized service center as per brand policy.
We do not provide additional seller warranty unless explicitly mentioned.
